removed steam games что это
For Those With A Collection of the Unavailable
This is a place for those who have a moderately large collection of removed games (games no longer available for purchase on steam) to gather. For most, this group will just be about the name, showing off that you own what others no longer can. For others, it can be a resource to find what you once believed could no longer be found.
The group chat will always be open, so feel free to hop in if you see people and have questions or information you want to provide. With the current chat system, you’ll need to use the invite link here to join if you are not already a group member.
After discussing the idea with a few of the more active members as well as the group moderators, we’ve decided to make an exception to the removed game count requirement (the others stand regardless) under one very specific case. If you are verified as the developer of a game or piece of software that has been removed from steam or are a representative of a publisher that has removed a game from steam, you will also be allowed to request an invite, as this seems to be the next best step that our group can take. Discussions and the sharing of valuable information publicly has always been the most important aspect of this group, and direct representative feedback seems to the most effective way to improve the group as a whole.
Note: Developer/Publisher requests have to be approved, do not expect automatic acceptance.
If you meet the above requirements, create a thread here listing your removed games or find me in the Removed Games Collectors group chat and you’ll get your invite as soon as possible.
UPDATE: As a result of the new group request feature, you are now able to request an invite to this group directly through the group page. Please only make the request if you meet the requirement, as you can only do this once to prevent users from spamming closed groups, and make sure your profile is public in order for me to check your current removed game count.
Removed steam games что это
I saw a lot of people writing around «I heard that you can restore games removed from you acc but don’t know how».
Is it true? Is there a way to reactive a perma removed game using the new steam feature?
Fun fact: if I enter the cd key of the game I removed, steam still says that I own the game so this makes me think it should be some method to restore it
Check your recycling bin. Otherwise you’ll just have to download them again.
What he is talking about is the removal of a game from your account, not your harddisk. Something Valve added last year.

Removed steam games что это
So like, since the steam support is absolutely terribly designed, I’m having trouble figuring out where to navigate to remove the following:
— Information + playtime for games I have been steam shared
— Games AND their achievement progress from my account (both shared and owned)
There are games in my library and that I’ve played in the past that I don’t plan on getting 100% achievements for, or have basically two copies of the game, and there is nowhere on the support page to help remove that..

you can remove a game from your account, but not the achievements.
Then select «I want to permanently remove this game from my account»
But people can still see your achivements for the game, if they go looking for it. And those achievements will count towards your «Achievement Showcase» (assuming were awarded achievements in that game while playing it).
Those cannot be removed. And even if you contact a real live Steam Support person they will NOT remove the achievements from your account for you. Even if you ask. And beg. Or write them a whole big story about how you really need them removed because you have OCD.
