Решение проблемы. Как вернуть сайт и сделать так, чтобы он снова работал?
На самом деле все просто, вам нужно найти почту на которую был зарегистрирован этот домен или почту которая была закреплена за этим доменом. На нее было отправлено письмо от регистратора с уведомлениями и ссылкой активации данных контакта. Примерно такое письмо как на этом фото ниже:
Далее, нажимаете на ссылку указанную стрелкой и переходите. Вам открывается сообщение, чтоб почта подтверждена и домен снова активен. Но домен сразу работать не будет, нужно подождать пару часов, пока снова обновятся DNS, и сайт снова будет работать также как раньше.
Внимание! Есть один нюанс, письмо это вы можете сразу не найти, так как оно может быть отправлено вам как вчера, так и 15 дней назад, или просто может находиться в папке СПАМ или ОПОВЕЩЕНИЯ, или еще какой-нибудь папке. Нужно просто внимательно поискать, оно точно будет в закрепленном за доменом почтовом ящике.

Renew or extend a membership
For individuals
Memberships renew automatically if your payment information is up to date. You can also extend a membership with a prepaid card.
Update payment information
You can check your payment information and your active subscriptions in the Plans & payment section of your Adobe ID account online. To update your credit card information, see Update your credit card and billing information.
Extend a membership with a prepaid card
You can use a prepaid card to extend the duration of any membership. The card’s subscription period is added to your account. If you purchased your membership with a credit card, the card’s subscription period is added to your account, and regular billing resumes when the prepaid period expires.
Enter the code mentioned at the back of the card.
Make sure that the prepaid card you purchase is for the correct subscription and region. For example, you cannot extend a Single App membership with a Creative Cloud prepaid card. Similarly, you can use a Student-Teacher prepaid card only to extend a Student-Teacher membership.

Direct purchase
Update payment information— If your payment information is up to date for your Creative Cloud for teams membership, you need not do anything. Your membership renews automatically at the current price of the offering.
Before the membership renewal date, the contract owner receives an email notification, and has an opportunity to update the number of committed licenses in the Teams plan.

Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP)
Contact reseller— To extend or renew your Adobe VIP membership, contact your reseller. If you’re a contract owner, to find your reseller’s contact information, navigate to the Accounts section in the Admin Console of your Adobe ID account.
Restart an inactive membership
If your Creative Cloud membership has expired, it’s easy to restart it. If a payment fails, extra payment attempts are made after the due date. If payment continues to fail, your Creative Cloud account becomes inactive and the paid features of your account are deactivated.

I get the meesage from Apple review team about my rejected application.
What should I do for this, I had try to list the link to the privacy policy and terms of use in the purchasing page of my app
But I still get rejected.
Apple Team message:
We continue to notice that your app did not fully meet the terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions, as specified in Schedule 2, Section 3.8(b).
Specifically, your app did not include:
– links to the privacy policy and terms of use within your app

Please revise your app and/or its description to include the missing information. Please note that we require the above information in both the app and its description. Adding the above information to the StoreKit modal alert is not sufficient; the information must also be listed somewhere within the app itself.

From this screen, you can see your current Active Upgrades, past Billing History, and any saved Payment Methods for all of your WordPress.com sites:
To view your purchases for a single site only, go to Upgrades → Purchases in the site’s dashboard.
Cancel a Purchase
To cancel a plan or domain purchase:
If you have turned off the automatic renewal, you will see a Remove WordPress.com Plan option instead of “Cancel Subscription”. This will remove the plan from your account, removing all features immediately.
Refund Policy
Most subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, or 7 days for subscriptions that are billed monthly. This includes the WordPress.com Personal, Premium, Business, and eCommerce plans, Google Workspace, and Professional Email.
Some products have different refund timeframes:
If you used a free domain credit to register a domain and request a refund after the 96-hour domain refund period, we will retain the cost of the domain and refund the remaining amount of the plan. You will keep the domain and can use it elsewhere, or cancel it so it won’t be renewed next year.
Automatic Renewal
By default, WordPress.com plans, domains, and other subscriptions are set to automatically renew to ensure there’s no disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name. Automatic renewal ensures that everything is taken care of in advance and allows time to resolve any issues with payment.
Turn Off Automatic Renewal
To turn off the automatic renewal, please follow these steps.
You will be notified via email before your subscription ends if you plan on manually renewing.
Upgrade Your Plan
You can upgrade your website’s WordPress.com plan by visiting My Site → Upgrades → Plans. You can view the features of each plan and click Upgrade below the plan you’d like to upgrade to.
Pro-Rated Credits
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Credit for the remaining time on your existing plan will be applied to your upgrade, thanks to pro-rated credits.
Here’s an example of upgrading from a one-year WordPress.com Personal subscription ($48/yr) to a one-year WordPress.com Business subscription ($300/yr) two months after purchasing the WordPress.com Personal Plan (prices are shown in USD):
$300 – (($48/12) x remaining time) = first payment
When your new plan renews, it will renew at the full price at the correct time.
Pro-rated credits may be used for upgrading your site to a higher plan, not for other sites or renewals such as custom domains or Google Workspace.
Downgrade Your Plan
If you wish to choose a lower plan, first cancel automatic renewal by following these steps. When it comes time for renewal, the old plan will be removed and you can purchase a different plan. If you would like to downgrade immediately, please contact support.
If you are looking to downgrade from a Business or eCommerce Plan, please contact support. Be aware that downgrading from one of these plans means:
Manage Domain Purchases
With the purchase of an annual or a two-year plan, you receive a credit that can be used to register a free custom domain name or transfer a domain you already own to WordPress.com. The domain credit covers one year of domain registration. Monthly plans don’t include a free domain.
Domains are renewed independent of the plan and billing information (as well as automatic renewal settings) can be managed through the same place your plans are managed. Please see our Domain Pricing and Available TLDs support page or visit your account’s Purchases page and select your domain name to determine the renewal price.
From your Purchases page, you can select one of your domains to manage its payment options:
After canceling a domain, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back. You have the option to keep the domain at WordPress.com and use it with another service. See our alternatives here.

Removing a domain name does not make it automatically available to use elsewhere. If you’re looking to use your domain name elsewhere, you can transfer or map the domain name to your new provider.
Charges from WordPress.com will have “WordPress” or “WPCHRG.com” listed on your billing statement. If you are unsure what this charge was for, you can search for more information and/or contact Billing Support here.

Пока гуглил информацию по этому вопросу много где встречал комментарии, в которых говорили что деньги списывали даже после отмены подписки
По этому лучше ко дню окончания подписки перевести/снять все деньги с карты на всякий случай, я так и сделаю
