Сегодня рынок переполнен предложениями во многих сферах бизнеса и ИТ-сектор здесь не исключение. Потребитель становится избирательным, что требует поиска конкурентного преимущества, так называемого уникального торгового предложения (УТП). Игнорирование этих аспектов может привести к краху, особенно если речь идет о молодых компаниях. Александр Бочаров, генеральный директор компании «Эдвансд Солюшнс» и главный руководитель проекта RackStore, делится опытом поиска своей «изюминки».
CRN/RE: Каково новым компаниям выходить на конкурентный рынок ИТ?
Александр Бочаров: Прежде всего, нельзя упускать из вида изобилие направлений ИТ-отрасли. В России рынок по большому счету формируется из нескольких сегментов, таких как программное обеспечение, сетевое и компьютерное оборудование, ИТ-услуги. Плотность конкуренции в каждом из этих направлений находится на достаточно высоком уровне, что изначально усложняет задачу.
В идеале это правильное начало жизненного цикла товара или услуги. В таком случае увеличивается шанс найти и занять свое место на рынке.
CRN/RE: Какое направление стоит выбрать для начала бизнеса?
А. Б.: Трудно однозначно ответить на этот вопрос, существуют разные мнения. На мой взгляд, лучше выбирать то направление, в котором есть понимание процессов и которое при этом не требует колоссальных финансовых вложений и большого штата сотрудников. Но обязательным условием должна быть востребованность проекта либо в данный момент, либо в ближайшее время. К тому же сфера ИТ сама по себе всегда оставляет лазейки для бизнеса, так как регулярно появляются новые технологии и некоторые даже занимают достойные места в той или иной нише, на них появляется спрос.
Например, нас привлекло направление ИТ-услуг тем, что оно ориентировано на потребителя. Аутсорсинг подчас становится не только удобным, но и более доступным для пользователя решением. Ведь иногда легче обратиться к аутсорсингу, чем например, строить и обслуживать инфраструктуру своими силами. К тому же спектр услуг непрерывно развивается, совершенствуется, что привлекает новую аудиторию.
CRN/RE: Что касается сферы ИТ-услуг, то стоит ли игра свеч или рынок уже поделен?
А. Б.: Безусловно, стоит, но только если есть что предложить. В этой сфере конкуренция действительно есть и немалая, но, несмотря на это новые компании продолжают появляться. Многие прогорают, но другие остаются на плаву, а некоторые добиваются успеха. Тут нужна услуга, способная принести пользу потребителю не на словах, а на деле. Уникальное торговое предложение – за ним потребитель обратится именно в эту организацию. В итоге это и становится конкурентным преимуществом компании. Причем УТП должно пронизывать компанию насквозь, а не присутствовать формально. Если УТП применять правильно, то оно становится особенностью, которая тянет бизнес за собой, а не наоборот.
CRN/RE: Что нового можно предложить вполне сформированному рынку ИТ-услуг?
А. Б.: В этом и кроется сложность. Сегодня ценятся хорошие идеи, которые не только будут работать, но и смогут принести значительную прибыль. Компании разрабатывают более удобные сервисы, системы работы, способы предоставления услуг.
В своей работе мы используем «one-stop-IT-shop»-концепцию, которая подразумевает комплексное решение задач пользователя. Суть данного формата работы сводится к минимизации количества обращений клиента в разные ИТ-компании, следовательно, экономию времени. Потребитель сразу может получить набор услуг в одном месте, при этом немаловажным аспектом является возможность выбора решений. Компании, специализирующиеся на предоставлении определенной услуги заинтересованы в приобретении клиентом именно их предложения, даже если к нему требуются дополнительные настройки или оборудование, которое они не поставляют. Формат «one-stop-IT-shop» использует иной подход: первоначально выявляется потребность пользователя, а уже затем подбирается наиболее подходящее и экономичное решение.
Все компании на рынке ИТ, предоставляющие любые смежные услуги, безусловно, являются нашими конкурентами и очень большая ошибка их недооценивать. Нельзя никого скидывать со счетов. Если у таких организаций сильное и работающее УТП, то такой конкурент может быть сильным соперником.
Что касается соотношения количества и качества услуг, то скорее это вопрос отношения к делу. Можно предоставлять одно решение и делать это вполне безответственно. К тому же концепция «one-stop-IT-shop» представляет собой не просто набор сервисов, а некий супермаркет услуг, в котором можно выбрать готовое предложение или собрать несколько воедино, тем самым обеспечить наилучшее решение для своего бизнеса.
CRN/RE: На кого рассчитана концепция «one-stop-IT-shop», кто потребитель?
CRN/RE: Какой результат достигается с применением концепции конкурентоспособности? Насколько эффективно она работает и что дает?
А. Б.: Основываясь на личном опыте применения «one-stop-IT-shop»-концепции, можно смело сказать, что это позволило охватить большую часть аудитории, если сравнивать с предоставлением только нишевых решений. УТП широкого спектра услуг в рамках одной компании – не просто идея, а философия подхода к работе. Помимо возможного преимущества перед конкурентами это дает еще и лучшее понимание своего бизнеса.
Сегодня уникальное торговое предложение должно быть у каждой компании – это повышает ее шансы «выжить» и выделится среди конкурентного окружения, особенно в сфере ИТ.
