Пришло письмо от судьи о взыскание долго от ООО столичная сервисная компания.
Ситуация такая, два дня начали снимать деньги с карты СБЕРБАНКА, некая фирма ООО СИРИУС-ТРЕЙД! В банке сказали, что это по решению мирового судьи. Позвонил в суд, чтобы узнать на каком основании, там сказали, что в 2007 году, я кому то 20 т остался должен. Я объясняют, что в 2018 признан банкротом! В суде говорят пишите заявление на отмену постановления. Но я не получал ни повестки, ни решения, ни постановления. Арест наложен на все счёта,т.е пока они стелают отмену, этот Сириус будет снимать деньги. Посоветуйте, как поступить. Спасибо заранее.
