Как происходит процедура? этим упырям нужно звонить?

Точнее у меня вот такая ситуация: Based on your account information and activity, it looks like user ID alexmer1985 is associated with your account. This usually indicates that both accounts belong to the same person. At this time, you won’t be able to sell any additional items with this account because your other account is restricted or otherwise not meeting minimum seller standards.
You won’t be able to sell any items with your account until you provide us with additional information. There are 2 ways that you can do this—through My eBay or the next time you sell.
To start the process through My eBay:
1. Click «My eBay» at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
2. Go to the selling section.
3. Click the «Request higher selling limits» link in the monthly selling limits section.
To start the process the next time you sell, click the «request higher selling limits» link in the alert message the next time you try to list an item.
You can also begin selling again by resolving any issues with the other account. We’ve already sent instructions for resolving these issues to the email address registered to that account.

Привет всем начинающим селлерам.
Не знаю, поможет ли моя история продавцам заблокированным, ибо в мою историю suspend не входит, к счастью.
Потом спрашивал чего-то, мол чем могу помочь. Ну я ему и повторял, хочу мол higher selling limits, и fax already send to you. На той стороне провода догнали, что выяснять подробности безполезно, и нужно делать то что хотят =)
Далее спросили о товаре, который я продаю. Вопросы следующие:
1) Что вы обычно продаете?
2) Где вы берете товар, который у нас продаете.
Ответил, тот конец провода въехал.
Потом был длинный монолог, из которого я не понял ровным счетом ничего. (Но догадываюсь что он говорил про неправильно оформленные документы, присланные по факсу, и о истечении срока давности их же)
Итак. Что же я получил, и какие изменения нужно учесть при разблокировке по методу Nevod
Your eBay account has been limited to allow us to confirm your identity and review current business practices.
To verify your account please send us the following documentation
1. A copy of an official, Government-Issued Photo ID (Driver’s license, passport, etc.)
2. A recent copy of Utility Bill, bank statement or credit card statement to validate address.
3. Most recent purchase invoice of items being sold.
Be sure to include the User ID and email address of the account on the submitted documents. If the fax doesn’t contain this information, we won’t be able to process it.

Следом за этим письмом пришло письмо о закрытии всех на данный момент выставленных листингов.
Я так понимаю, это значит, что мой аккаунт показался им похож на аккаунт другого юзера.
Как быть в этой ситуации?
Второго аккаунта у меня естественно нет, и продавать я начал только вчера.
Что самое интересное сегодня утром повысили мне ограничения с 10 итемов и 500 долларов до 250 и 10000$ соответсвенно, а вечером вот такая фигня.
Как им доказать что я, это я?

Since you are a new seller here, eBay puts selling limits on your account to help you grow your business in a manageable way and to ensure you can give your buyers great service. As you get more comfortable meeting buyer demand, eBay will increase your limit. eBay evaluates your performance monthly.
It is very hard to get an increase right at the beginning of starting to sell. You just have to be patient and keep selling and delivering. If you had another account previously, you could reference that account and eBay would look at your count; verify it is associated with you and give you a slight increase.
Until you show that you have a track record of delivering on time and customers being satisfied and not a lot of returns filed against you, it will be difficult to get eBay to increase your limits.
However, it doesn’t hurt to try from time to time and request an increase from time to time.

Good luck and keep selling and getting good feedback and before you know it your limits will be increased.
If not and you are asking how to increase your sales, all I can say is that you have to keep listing, make sales, provide great customer service and deliver. After awhile, your sales should start to increase. You can increase sales by having the right title so it will come up on the searches of buyers.

Selling limits still apply, even if you have a remaining number of free listings. Selling limits may also apply to eBay shop subscribers. We review your account every month and adjust the limits automatically based on your volume of sales and the Feedback you’ve received from buyers.
We may end any listings that you have created over your existing limit. Don’t worry though – you can list them again when your monthly allowance renews, or if you receive an increase in the amount that you can sell. Remember, your active and sold listings count towards your monthly limit.
Tip
Good ‘Til Cancelled listings count towards your selling limits – these won’t renew automatically if you’ve reached your maximum amount that you can list.
Increase your selling limit
When you’re getting close to your monthly limit we’ll send you a message to let you know. You can request a limit increase directly from within that message, or by using the button below.
When you request a limit increase, we may need more information such as contact or business details.
Category limits
If you’re new to selling in a particular category, we might limit how much you can sell. This helps you manage your inventory more efficiently, and allows you time to understand any rules that may apply in that category.
When you’re comfortable fulfilling your orders, and have a good track record with customers and with following our policies, most specific category limits will automatically be removed. However, other limits may apply depending on the categories you list in.
Items should always be listed in the correct category. If you’ve reached your monthly selling limit for a certain category, you shouldn’t list items in the wrong one, as it violates our Search and browse manipulation policy.
