Что такое ВОМ

В соответствии с планом PTO сотрудникам будет зачислено 30 дней оплачиваемого времени (10 + 10 + 2 + 8).

В двухнедельном графике оплаты труда (26 периодов заработной платы в год) сотрудники будут получать дополнительные 1. 3 дня ВОМ каждые две недели. Если используется полумесячный график оплаты (дни выплаты 1 и 15 числа каждого месяца), сотрудники получают 1. 25-дневный ВОМ в каждый из 24 периодов оплаты.

Почему PTO хорош

Концепция хорошая. Сделайте свою компанию более привлекательной для потенциальных сотрудников и упростите сохранение нынешних сотрудников, увеличив количество дней, которые они могут взлететь с работы и все еще получать деньги. Поскольку большинство сотрудников здоровы и никогда не используют все свои отпуска по болезни, почему бы не позволить им иметь значение в качестве дополнительного отпуска. Почему PTO Bad
